Sign in with the same account you use in the Dungeon Trader app. We verify your identity against the existing user collection and keep your creator work inside your Firestore subcollection.
Use Google or Apple if that's how you signed up in the app. Otherwise, enter your username, email, and password below.
Submit equipment, magic items, or spells. Use the guided forms for single items/spells or upload CSVs that match our schema. Spells integrate with the app's full spell system. More builders (characters, merchants, locations) coming soon.
How it works
Every submission follows the same four-step path.
Use our templates to prepare character sheets, merchant inventories, items, or bundle packages.
Upload your files with a short description and ruleset tag (5e SRD, One D&D, homebrew, etc.).
Our team verifies formatting, balance, and legal checks. You'll receive notes if changes are needed.
Choose to list on the marketplace and earn revenue, or add directly to your own entitlements for personal use.
How you get paid when your content sells on the marketplace.
All in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Each store retains a 15% commission on the gross sale price before any revenue is distributed.
After the app-store fee is deducted, you receive 70% of the remaining net revenue for every sale of your content.
Dungeon Trader retains 30% of the net revenue to cover platform costs, review, hosting, and continued development.
We use Stripe Connect to handle creator payouts. Complete onboarding below and receive monthly payouts directly to your bank account. Stripe may apply its own standard processing fees.
A player buys your item for $4.99 on Google Play:
Actual amounts may vary slightly by region and currency conversion. Stripe's standard transfer fees apply at payout time.
Content types
Capture one item with schema-ready fields (category, classification, cost, rarity, stats) so it mirrors our Firestore objects.
Have a toolkit of items already balanced? Fill in the in-page item grid or paste rows straight from your spreadsheet — with optional custom artwork per item.
Use the same schema as equipment, but earmark the content as a magic item for downstream review and publishing.
Submit Pathfinder 2e equipment or magic items. Open a single equipment/magic form, then flip the Pathfinder 2e toggle to capture level, traits, bulk, and price in gp.
Build a set of magic items in the in-page grid or paste from a spreadsheet. Same fields as equipment, plus attunement and optional custom artwork.
Create your characters in-app using the character creation tool and submit to the marketplace.
Create your merchants and locations in-app using the merchant and location creation tools and submit to the marketplace.
Submit homebrew or custom spells with full support for level, school, casting info, components, description, higher levels, and marketplace pricing. Matches app's SpellDetailModal exactly. Uses spell icons.
Define a slain monster or gatherable plant with skill-checked yields (dice, DC, skill, tool). Each yield embeds the material so it resolves at harvest time. Bundle many into a Bestiary Pack.
Define ingredients, tool, level, gold & downtime, and the crafted output (with a full output snapshot). Bundle many into a Recipe Book.
Sell a raw reagent/material on its own so other creators and your own recipes can reference it by id.
Class builders, subclasses, backgrounds, merchants, locations, and spell bundles.

How long does review take?
Most submissions are reviewed within 1 - 3 business days. Complex bundles may take longer.
How are payouts handled?
When a user purchases your content, Google Play or Apple keeps a 15% IAP fee. From the remaining net revenue, you receive 70% and Dungeon Trader retains 30%. Sales are logged per entitlement and payouts are sent monthly via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account.
Can I update my content later?
Yes. Submit a new revision referencing your contentId. Approved updates roll out to owners.
Do you allow co-authored packs?
Absolutely. List all collaborators in the notes field so we can set up shared revenue splits.
